These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website sietedigitalagency.com and the application Comando Gestor Ocupado, available at comando.sietedigitalagency.com (together, the “Service”), provided by Si3te – Investimentos, Lda., a company incorporated under the laws of Angola, with registered office at Bairro Futungo 2, Rua 11, n.º 26, Luanda, tax number (NIF) 5417247090, trading as Siete Digital (“Siete Digital”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service, the user (“Customer”, “user”, “you”) confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Comando Gestor Ocupado is an application that supports the day-to-day management of small and medium-sized businesses. Depending on the plan subscribed, it allows you, among other features, to: view a summary of the day’s emails and appointments, create follow-up reminders, receive notifications, track business indicators and receive informational content (such as exchange rates or quotations).
The website sietedigitalagency.com presents the services of the Siete Digital agency and enables commercial contact. The provision of agency services (marketing, content production, development) is governed by a separate contract, not by these Terms.
2. Account and eligibility
- The Service is intended for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Connecting Google accounts and other third-party services
To provide its features, Comando Gestor Ocupado may, with your express authorisation, connect to your Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar). This connection is optional and can be revoked at any time in the application settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: the data is used only to provide the features visible to you, is not sold, is not used for advertising and is not transferred to third parties except where necessary to provide the Service, where required by law, or with your consent. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Siete Digital is not responsible for the availability or terms of third-party services (Google, notification providers, hosting), which are governed by those providers’ own terms.
4. Plans, trial period and payment
- The Service is offered in plans with different features, described in the application or in a commercial proposal. Siete Digital may change plans and prices with reasonable advance notice.
- New accounts may benefit from a free trial period. After the trial ends, access to paid features requires a plan subscription.
- Prices are expressed in Kwanzas (Kz) unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice or by another method made available by Siete Digital. The subscription renews for the contracted period until cancelled.
- In the event of non-payment, Siete Digital may suspend access to the Service after notice. Amounts already paid are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law or agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to access the accounts, data or systems of other users or of Siete Digital;
- circumvent technical limitations, extract data by automated means or overload the infrastructure;
- copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works of the Service;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, brand, design, text and content produced by Siete Digital, is the property of Si3te – Investimentos, Lda. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purposes.
The data you enter into or connect to the Service (emails, events, notes, indicators) remains your property. You grant Siete Digital the licence strictly necessary to process it within the scope of the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Siete Digital may change, add or discontinue features, and will seek to give advance notice where the change is material.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siete Digital is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, nor for decisions you make based on information presented by the application (including automatically generated summaries, exchange rates or reminders). Siete Digital’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time in the application settings or by contacting Siete Digital. Siete Digital may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment or legal requirement. After closure, account data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law, in particular Law No. 22/11 of 17 June (Angola’s Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for users located in the European Union.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the application with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola. The courts of Luanda shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, to the exclusion of any other, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
